This policy explains what personal information TaitaSoloAI collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It covers this website and, once you have an account, the TaitaSoloAI service.

1. Who we are

TaitaSoloAI is operated by mediaXtreme LLC. Where this policy says we, it means mediaXtreme LLC acting as the operator of TaitaSoloAI.

2. Information you give us

• Early access requests. Your name, email address, and optionally your mobile number, your profession and which calendar you use.
• Account information, if you go on to create an account: your business details, services, pricing and working hours.
• Content you publish through your TaitaSoloAI website.

3. Information we receive from services you connect

TaitaSoloAI is built around the calendar you already use. If you connect Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar or Apple/iCloud, we receive the calendar data needed to show your real availability and to write bookings back to it. We do not sell this data, and we do not use it to train models. You can disconnect a calendar at any time, which stops any further access.

4. Information about your customers

When someone books with you, we process their name and contact details on your behalf so that the booking, the reminders and any follow-up messages can be delivered. For that data you are the controller and we are the processor — it is your customer relationship, not ours. We do not market our own products to your customers.

5. Calls and messages

The AI FrontDesk answers calls on a phone number issued to your business. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so that you have a written record of what was said and what was booked. Recording laws vary by state and country, and in some places every party must be told. Your call greeting must disclose recording where that is required — the setting is yours to configure, and the obligation is yours to meet.

Marketing emails and text messages are only sent to people who have opted in. Every message carries a way to stop: STOP for text, an unsubscribe link for email. We honour those immediately and permanently.

6. SMS and text messaging

TaitaSoloAI sends text messages on behalf of the businesses that use it — appointment confirmations, reminders, booking changes, and, where the recipient has separately agreed to them, promotional messages. Text messages are only ever sent to a number whose owner has given express written consent to receive them. Consent to receive text messages is collected on its own — it is never bundled with consent to email or to phone calls, and it is never a condition of buying anything.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out of text messages is honoured immediately and permanently. It does not affect your account or any other way we contact you.

7. Automated collection

We use cookies and similar storage strictly to keep you signed in, to remember your preferences, and to measure how the site is performing in aggregate. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

8. Who we share information with

We share information only with the providers needed to run the service — hosting, email delivery, text messaging, payment processing and speech processing — and only what each of them needs to do their part. They are bound to use it for that purpose alone. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

We do not sell personal information.

9. How long we keep it

Account and booking records are kept while your account is open and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting rules require. Call recordings and transcripts are kept for the retention period set in your account. Early access details are deleted if you ask, or if the product does not launch.

10. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to certain processing or to have your data ported elsewhere. We will not charge you for making a request and we will not treat you differently for having made one.

11. Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Access to production systems is restricted to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your information.

12. Children

TaitaSoloAI is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18.

13. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will say so on this page and update the date at the top before the change takes effect.
